What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Reading, adventuring around NY with Daphne and Rob, group fitnessing, trying out a new vegetarian recipe, spending time in Fire Island, seeing a show, and trying to be a better sustainable citizen (#youshouldbecompostingthat).

What drives you to do this work?

In the fight for families, my superpower is definitely party planning. I love throwing a party and experiencing the joy and energy of its guests! The opportunity to gather together in a safe and inclusive space with a common purpose, to connect with old friends, meet new ones and celebrate and uplift the mission all while having fun is my driving force.

What does family equality mean to you?

Living in a world where my chosen family is equal to my biological family. Family can be whatever you dream it to be.

“You can do it, just find a way.” — Diana Nyad
